Last year's event was amazing. This year's should be even better!
“Until last summer, Fort Worth had not experienced a dining event quite like this one, and this year’s Dinner Party for Life promises to be even more impressive,” said June Naylor, food journalist and Texas Toast Culinary Tours partner. “Each special plate will reflect the creativity of its chef, and the bonus is that each course will meet Cuisine for Healing’s healthy certification guidelines.”
Fort Worth’s former First Lady, Rosie Moncrief, will return this year and serve as the honorary chairperson for the event. Live musical entertainment will be among the evening’s festivities, as will the opportunity for guests to visit with the chefs and learn more about Cuisine for Healing’s mission and its Outreach Food Program.
“We are excited to partner again with some of the best culinary talent in North Texas, and we look forward to this incredible event,” said Sue Austin, president of Cuisine for Healing. “Healthy food is a key weapon in the battle against cancer, and funds from this event will help us feed more cancer patients in need in our community!”
